The aim of EKKO is simply to compel the youth toward, not knowing about Christ, but knowing Christ through a vibrant, personal relationship; this is done thru the Spirit, by the Word—which is Christ (John 1)—to the glory of the Father.  Teaching the students to scrutinize this teenage life and the world around them through the lens of the Scriptures.  And discipleship: to build meaningful, Gospel-centered relationships with each student, and to teach them to do the same amongst themselves; 

relationship is at the very heart of the Gospel.
